STAGE 3 AT THE GARDEN : AIR
One of the most important things you can do for yourself is get your air in a good place for healing resonance, especially after breathing in all the pollutants, surfactants, chemicals that are unfortunately in our airways today.
“Where there is space there is movement, where there is movement there is energy, where there is energy, disease can’t exist!” - Dr. Henry Ealy, ND
Fun Fact: We breathe roughly 38,000 times a day!!! Wild!! And the air we breathe goes right from our lungs and into the cellular environment of the cells, very quickly, so it is important to do what we can to eliminate anything that may be overly acidic to the cellular environment, where energy is produced in our cells via the mitochondria. Important sequence!! The more mitochondria, the bigger, and more stable the mitochondria in the cell, the more energy that is produced, the more disease that leaves the body!!
Here is a list of solutions for natural air cleaners for your home.
Tip: Try to choose at least one of these to implement in your home on a regular basis for good vibes and better air quality!
Triad Aer’s **The Garden Favorite!!*
One of the mechanisms of ionization that the Trad Aer uses is that negative and positive ions produced from the energized ionic plasma are attracted to particles like a magnet, creating enough weight and mass to fall harmlessly out of the air. Particles then need to be swept away/vacuum etc.
This is just one mechanism of many that is listed on the website above and youtube as well.
The Larger version covers a space of 3,000 square feet with multiple mechanisms as well
Cons: lasts about a year if you get the smaller one or the Triad Go.
You can get one for smaller rooms that covers up to 250 square feet for $150
Use this link to get one for yourself if you would like!:
Air Filters
Merv 14 air filters can go up to 16
Important to have Merv 13 or above!!
Merv numbers have to do with microns which is a measurement tool for how small the particles can go through a particular space.
HEPA Filters best but more expensive
Replace every couple months!!
Especially with central heating and air that we have!
Indoor Plants clean air!
Deep green and broad plants are great for cleaning your air. Pothos or spider’s ivy are good too. You can propagate these plants as well if you want to try and expand your reach!
Aloe vera is great and cactus good too.
You want to have more plants than people in a room to help with your air quality.
Plants in the home change in home frequencies down to 7.83 Hertz!!! Earth is 7.83 Hertz as well, which is right where you want to be. Locked in with Momma Nature.
Con: maintenance to keep plants going, but worth it for clean air!
Keeping windows open for air flow is huge for the health of air in the environment. Like water, air likes to be moving! If you can't open the window, a fan is always good too. Warning would be to make sure you are checking for mold on the window sills, because that can be a big issue in your body and home damage.
Fun Fact: Trees release chemical compounds called Terpenes (Pine smell) in nature Help to form clouds around them to receive water. The drier the area the more natural smell because water or cloud formation is trying to form around the tree. If you sniff near a pine tree, that is the terpenes you are smelling.
The most important nutrient body uses is Oxygen!
Things we are eliminating in air and trying to avoid it getting in the cellular environment!:
Mold and mildew
Pet dander
Home building sickness syndrome
Smoke
Ozone and pollution
Dirty AC filters
Chemtrails
VOC’s from plastic carpets
Environment Additions to limit toxic load on body (More to come in stage 5 with these additions and substitutes)
• Free & Clear Laundry Detergents & Fabric Softeners
• Dr. Bronner’s Castile Soap
• Fluoride-Free Toothpaste
• Aluminum-Free Deodorant
• Organic Cosmetics
• Stainless Steel, Cast-Iron & Corning-ware Cookware
• Glass Food Storage instead of Plastic Tupperware
• Mattress Encased in Hypoallergenic Bed Sheet or Bag
Things to eliminate to clear external environment and mitigate cellular acidity:
Cigarette Smoking or Vaping
Scented Laundry Detergents & Fabric Softeners
Chemical-Heavy Household Cleaners
Fluoride Toothpaste
Antiperspirant
Microwave Cooking (You don’t want to radiate your food more than it already is!)
Non-Organic Cosmetics or Petroleum based Cosmetics
Hair Sprays
Aluminum, Teflon & Plastic Cookware
Plastic Tupperware & Styrofoam Containers
Vaccine damage, Antibiotics, Proton Pump Inhibitors, Statins
Friend or Foe!
Having good energetic friends and community around you are proven to be huge for your cellular environment as well!
